  • water as required
  • ½ tsp eno fruit salt

8. Add ½ tsp eno fruit salt and 2 tbsp water to the batter. Mix gently until the batter becomes foamy.
9. Most importantly, grease the idli cups with oil and pour the prepared batter into each cup, filling them approximately ¾ full.
10. Place the idli cups in the steamer and steam for 15 minutes.
